Description
This is a free-standing villa located on a hilltop that is above the palm grove leading to the ocean, giving unrestricted views. It is 600 meters from the beach called Playa Coson, 1000 meters from the beach Playa Bonita, and three kilometres from Las Terrenas. The 360-degree views are phenomenal, looking over the ocean in one direction, and the mountains in the other. The private swimming pool has a 40-foot curved vanishing edge that capitalizes on the ocean view. The villa is over 3500 square feet and located on a 9500-square-meter ( 3 acres) of land. We have a full-time maid for cleaning, laundry, and cooking (if requested) as well as a caretaker for pool, building, and grounds maintenance.
