The space

When you stay at this villa, you’ll have a 4-passenger golf touring cart included in the villa rental, which you can use for easy and convenient transportation inside Casa de Campo Resort, e.g. to go to the beach, marina, golf courses, etc.



-THE SPACE-



This property is a beautiful 2-storey villa with 5 bedrooms and the interior was recently completely redone and renovated (fall 2019). The decoration and interior design of the villa is created by a Belgian Antiques dealer and interior designer. European leading designer fabrics such as Colefax & Fowler, Manuel Canovas, Pierre Frey, and Nobilis were chosen for the curtains, the upholstery, and even the wall coverings. English and French genuine Antiques, Fine English 19th Century Mahogany furniture, antique English mahogany armchairs, and French decorative items are displayed over the whole house and beautifully combined with contemporary furniture. Brilliant and colorful furniture, carefully selected and placed throughout the space (inside and outside) gives the villa a fresh and delightful ambiance.



The villa is perfect for families who want to spend a nice, relaxing vacation in the Caribbean! Guests can enjoy a very private oasis with a luxurious tropical garden and a large swimming pool & (heated) Jacuzzi area with covered terrace, a gazebo, outdoor furniture, and outdoor shower.



The backyard is completely surrounded by lush trees and palm trees to give you the most privacy. The covered terrace is a wonderful living space with a sofa area and outdoor dining table. You will probably spend most of your vacation time in this outdoor area, together with your family & friends.

-DOWNSTAIRS-



The first thing you see when you come through the beautiful turquoise double front door at the villa is the grand entrance hall with double height ceiling and an impressive design feature that displays the staircase and upstairs hallway.



The living room and dining area is the heart of the villa with a stunning 23 ft. ceilings and windows that give you plenty of natural light. From here, you have easy access to the outdoor pool area.



The living room has a comfortable sitting area with sofas and chairs – this is a great place for you to relax and entertain with your friends & family. The dining table seats 10 persons comfortably and is a great place to enjoy your “formal” dinners. The dining and living room open onto a marble terrace that comprises a private area for breakfast, and flows into a very large deck with loungers and chairs, surrounding a lovely pool and Jacuzzi, all bordered by a tropical flowers and palm trees garden. Off one side of the pool, there is a charming gazebo where lunch or dinner can be served. It also includes a shower facility. Alongside the pool, there is a small gazebo with a thatched roof of sugarcane for hot afternoons or romantic evenings.



Right next to the dining area there is a cozy TV room with comfortable sofas, air-conditioning and ceiling fan.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation. But you don’t have to worry about cooking while you stay at this villa because you’ll have a cook included in the rental (groceries are not included).



This villa has 2 comfortable and spacious bedrooms downstairs with 2 queen beds in each room, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet and ensuite marble bathroom with shower.



-UPSTAIRS-



Going up the stairs to the top floor, there is a nice repose area with a sofa where you can take a rest in peace, read a book and just relax.



Upstairs, there are 3 large master bedrooms. The main master bedroom has high vaulted ceilings with fan, air condition, a gorgeous 4-poster king bed and a convertible sofa bed, armchair, TV, closet and ensuite marble bathroom with shower.



The other 2 master bedrooms both have high vaulted ceilings with fan, air condition, a king bed and a convertible sofa bed, armchairs, closet and ensuite marble bathroom with shower.

Guest access

-CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE-



The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:



• Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night

• Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night

• Kids under 4 years old: FREE



The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members-only golf course).

-VILLA STAFF-



When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a cook and a maid included in the villa rental. The staff is available daily from 8 am till 4:30 pm and may stay longer (until 10:30 pm) for an additional fee. Your cook will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.



You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.
