With private landscaped gardens, patios and private swimming pools, these elegant individual villas are stylishly furnished with spacious lounge/dining areas and terraces from many rooms. They are individually designed and maintained to the highest standards and specifications, providing quality holiday accommodation for families or groups of friends.
This fabulous villa is in a peaceful location on the outskirts of the resort and is air conditioned throughout. There is a large desert style garden with an AstroTurf area and a table tennis table, as well as a part covered terrace. The villa has its own fenced pool, with optional heating which is available for an additional charge. Wireless internet access is also included in the price for this beautifully furnished villa.On the ground floor are the 4 double bedrooms, all with patio doors leading to the garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles if preferred, a safe, and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins and additional walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has use of the separate full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room, and bedroom 4 has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.
A small child's bed and a cot are also available, which can be used in any of the bedrooms, and there are built-in stairgates at the top and the bottom of the stairs. The utility room with washing machine is also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor is the fully fitted kitchen which is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer.
The spacious living room is well furnished and complete with flat screen TV, and DVD. Patio doors lead to a lovely terrace with table, chairs and built in barbeque. From here you have views over the garden and pool, to the Mar Menor in the distance.
The separate dining area has a ceiling fan, and patio doors leading to a sun terrace. Steps lead from this terrace to the garden below.
If required, pool heating must be specifically requested and paid at least 1 week in advance of arrival. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.
