A comfortable villa in a nice private village. 75 m2 indoor. Ground floor: kitchen/living room (with a sofa bed for 2 persons). Middle floor: 1 double room + 1 bathroom. First floor: 1 double room + 1 bathroom + 1 small room with 1 bed and 1 bunk bed. A 38 m2 courtyard at ground floor. Air conditioners in every room. 1 washing machine. No dishwasher. The private village (Villaggio Fata Morgana, close to Lido Silvana, Pulsano, Italy) is made of 7 buildings in a pine forest. Each building is made of 25 aparments (9 villas and 16 flats). There is a surveillance service, therefore kids are free to get around the village. The village has 2 swimming pools (from June 20th until September 10th), 1 bar, 2 tennis courts, 1 soccer field. The village is linked to a free beach by a private pathway. A 5 minutes walk takes to the beach.
