In the cool of the garden you can relax or even when cooking at barbecue.

The Space:
Luxurious two-storey villa with cosy environment that can comfortably host a big family or a big group of friends. Magnificent view on the sea. Only 250m from the Pantazi beach, in the middle of the beautiful olive groves, it is always an ideal place for all travellers who seek vacations in a relaxing environment where they can discover the interesting landscapes of Mani. It offers beautiful view on the sea and the Taygetos mountain from all rooms of the residence. The beautiful covered balconies and terraces are awesome for sunbathing, morning coffee, or a late glass of wine with magnificent view on the sea, while the villa is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden.

The residence: The villa includes one spacious living room with a fireplace and access to the big yard of the property. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen,a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area which can comfortably accommodate two more guests!

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms and a big balcony. The access to the first floor is through 10-12 stairs. It can host up to 8 people. Also, a playpen is available for your baby.


All areas of the house are air-conditioned; with free private parking and Wi-fi are available for our guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the house.

The Neighborhood:
The region of St Nicola (Selinitsa), next to Stoupa, where the villa is located, combines the traditional landscape with the modern needs. The picturesque port is full of small traditional restaurants and cafes. There one can also find a medical Centre and a pharmacy. Very close to the village there are plenty of places with lively nightlife and traditional architecture and landscapes, like Stoupa and Kardmili.
The location combines the beauty and peace of the mountain scenery with the easy access to beautiful beaches. Close to the property you will be able to explore other famous cosmopolitan beaches such as Panatzi Beach (250m), Katafigi beach(1,5km), Kalogria (6km), Foneas Beach (8km), Kardamyli beach(11km).
It offers an awesome opportunity to explore the famous region of Mani that is full of magnificent places to discover. The visitor can arrive from Kalamata (45km) or Sparti (85km), and there is also a continuous bus connection.

Getting Around:
There is daily transportation from and to Kalamata (45km). You can travel around the region of Mani using public transportation or by taxi (in Greece it is quite an affordable means of transportation).
