Hacienda Sol, Trapiche, Malaga, Spain is a secluded holiday complex with one private pool, Jacuzzi & stunning mountain views.
It consists of 3 individual buildings with a total of 5 rental units. You are renting the full complex and do not share with other guests. This unique layout allows your group to easily follow social distancing rules while still spending a memorable time together in a secure environment.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with families or groups of friends who want to holiday together yet have their own independent space.

The space
Hacienda Sol, an award-winning registered Casa Rural, consists of 1 Exclusive Poolside Villa, 1 Deluxe Bungalow Chalet and 3 Bungalow Studios with extra comfort. Each of the five fully air-conditioned well-appointed accommodation include dining and seating areas, private terraces and most have even private roof terraces with gazebo. There is also plenty of space for communal dining. For added convenience, five fully equipped kitchens with washing machines or dishwasher and private bathrooms with toilet and shower or bathtub. In addition, free gated parking spaces on-site and fast Wi-Fi is available in all areas for you at no additional charge.

The three luxurious single-level buildings are divided as follows:

Building 1/Studio Torre:
Detached studio with 2 single beds (can be put together as one double bed), open plan kitchen and dining area, 1 bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and WC, private patio and sunny 30 sq roof terrace overlooking the pool, garden and breathtaking mountains views. Space for baby cot. Sleeps 2 people.

Building 2/Studio Rubite & Studio Velez:
Consists of 2 semi-detached studios each with twin beds (can be put together as one double bed each). Both Studios have a open plan kitchen and dining area. Each studio has its own private bathroom with sink, shower and WC, a terrace and shared sunny 60 sq roof terrace with stunning mountain and white village views. Sleeps 2 people in each studio. Space for a baby cot.

Building 3/Bungalow Chalet Vinuela:
A semi-detached bungalow apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, open plan kitchen and dining area, 1 shared bathroom with sink, bidet, walk-in shower and WC.
Each bedroom has twin beds (can be put together as one double bed each). The apartment has its own terrace with awnings and a wonderful 50 sq sunny roof terrace overlooking the pool, garden and beautiful mountains with olive tree orchards. This apartment sleeps 4 guests.

Attached to the apartment is Villa Malaga with 2 further separate bedrooms, open plan kitchen and dining area, 1 bathroom with sink, bidet, bath tub and WC, huge 50 sq waterproof, shady terrace with dining and lounge facilities for 18 guests. This bungalow villa sleeps 8 people as follows:
- One large bedroom with 2 single beds (can be put together as one double bed) for 2 guests and 1 comfy day-bed that can be extended to accommodate further 1-2 people.
- In the second bedroom there are two single beds for 2 guests (can be put together as one double bed). Space for a baby cot.
- In the sitting room there is a comfortable large sofa-bed which can be extended to sleep 2 adults, if required.

Look forward to a tropical garden with gas-barbecue facilities. Swim in the year-round outdoor unheated freshwater swimming pool with child safety pool-cover. Guests especially like enjoying the soothing effect of the heated whirlpool and the solar-heated mosaic pool shower.

The nice thing for you and your group holidaying at this award-winning Casa Rural holiday retreat is that everyone enjoys the good time together on the terraces, by the pool, relaxing time in the bubbly Jacuzzi and the tropical garden.
Afterwards everyone then retreats to their own, quiet realm and remains undisturbed for a good night sleep in their own blissful accommodation, which is likely impossible in one shared house.

There is also plenty of space for up to 18 guests to dine together on one of the many terraces or inside the spacious open-plan kitchen and living room area of Villa Malaga.
As a bonus, Villa Malaga's multi-functional terrace comes with retractable see-through wind breaker screens, which transform the terrace into an additional enclosed 60 sqm big room. The state of the art remote-controlled terrace infrared heaters keep you warm on colder days or nights.

Not far from the sea in the middle of a hilly landscape near a natural park lies this secluded and picturesque resort with stunning views over the valley and mountains covered with olives, almonds, mangoes, avocados and many other tropical plants and flowers.

Other things to note
- Towels are NOT provided but can be rented for EUR2 each (non refundable fee), as required. Payable in cash on-site.
- The Jacuzzi / hot tub can be rented on a EUR50 unlimited use per day pay-as-you-go basis. Payable in cash or card on-site.
- Early check- in / late check-out fee of only EUR50 for up to 3 hours, as agreed.
- Use the washing machines for only EUR5 including washing powder per washing load . Pay in cash or by card at the property before using the washing machines.
- Self-catering holiday complex, you can prepare your meals at your own leisure.
- Additionally, an organic lunch and dinner menu is available on pre-order basis (which includes gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options) through a partnership with a local organic farm & cooking school, as available.
- Usage of the two outdoor gas BBQ's might be restricted seasonally by local authorities due to bush fire prevention measures.
- Due to the mild climate the non-heated outdoor freshwater pool (3m x 7m) and heated Jacuzzi can be enjoyed all-year round.
- Children are welcome, toddler travel cot and two high chairs available on request.
- Villa Malaga is equipped with Internet TV and Blu-ray player.
- All properties are located on the ground floor.
- Rooftop terraces are accessible only by stairs.
- Not suitable for hen parties, stag parties, wild festivities or school trips. Not suitable for wedding ceremonies with more than 18 participants (including renting guests -adults and children-).
