This beautiful Umbrian country house with private pool is located 10 km from Narni, in a quiet area with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. In front of the house there is a large lawn, on which there is the swimming pool with parasols and deck- chairs, ideal for spending relaxing moments in the company of family or friends. This house is, in fact, the ideal solution for families or groups of friends who wish to spend their holidays together without sacrificing privacy: closing a door you can divide vertically the house into two units. At the same time, both inside and outside the house, you can sit together at the table to enjoy your lunch and dinner. Available is also a barbecue, where you can prepare delicious dishes. The house is indeed an excellent starting point for interesting excursions: In the picturesque town of Narni (all kinds of shops, train station with connections to Rome) you can visit the evocative ambience of the Underground Narnia; in Spoleto (48 km) you can admire the beautiful Piazza del Duomo and the majestic bridge Ponte delle Torri with beautiful panoramic views. Rome, the Eternal City, is only 65 km form here and welcomes you with its charming architectural treasures, museums and shopping streets. In an hour's drive you can reach other beautiful Umbrian towns such as Orvieto with its beautiful cathedral, Assisi with its magnificent Basilica of St. Francis; Perugia with its palaces in the old town and the fascinating underground Rocca Paolina, and the beautiful Lake Piediluco. Umbria is full of charming villages, each telling its own story and with historic and well-preserved architectural treasures.
