It is 100 meters away from the sandy beach of Lygaria, 4 km from Agia Pelagia and 20 km west from city of Heraklion which is the capital of Crete island.
This magnificent two-storey villa is built in an amphitheatre way, overlooking the Lygaria beach giving a dazzling view of the horizon.
The villa offers a lovely courtyard with flowers and patio furniture that is complemented with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area.
It is ideal for small families or couples and it offers private parking spots.The villa has an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and large windows with gorgeous views of the sea. There are two bathrooms. It is a perfect place for relaxing vacations.
In the village of Lygaria you can find a cafe, very nice taverns that also offer fresh fish, a supermarket and a private scuba diving school! This village also offers some exciting night life.
Furthermore, there is another beautiful sandy beach in the Agia pelagia village about 4 km away.
