VILLA LETOJANNI – TAORMINA AREA

Located close to Taormina on the east coast of Sicily, Villa Letojanni is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool and views of the bay of Isola Bella and the sea. Close to restaurants, banks and shops in Letojanni (4km). Within a short driving distance from the stylish boutiques of Taormina and the beaches of Letojanni, Mazzara Bay and the island of Isola Bella. It is also ideal for visiting Catania, Syracuse, the villages on the slopes of Mount Etna, the famous Alcantara Gorge and the fishing villages on the Cyclops Riviera.

The 250 square meter villa is composed of a Manor House which develops over two levels and an annex which develops over one level.

Manor House:

On the ground floor (accessed from the outside) you will find a laundry and 2 double bedrooms (with double beds and en-suite showers) which are accessed from the outside. The main living area is on the first floor where you will find a living room with sofa seating and large glass doors that open onto the outside terrace, a large well-equipped kitchen (with table and chairs) and, a double bedroom (with double bed and en-suite shower).

The Annex:

The annex offers a further double bedroom (with double bed and en-suite bath and shower).

The outside area is composed of a well-kept garden with a large swimming pool (15 m x 9 m; depth 0.4 m – 1.5 m; open from 01/03 – 30/11), outdoor Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. You will also find a veranda (with table and chairs) for outside dining, a sun terrace for relaxing by the pool and a covered seating area.
