The villa, thanks to its favorable position overlooks the most suggestive inlet of Praiano overlooking the sea of an intense blue: it offers a magnificent view thanks to the large terraces that surround it that look, on one side, the famous Conca dei Marini another the historic Saracen Tower, called 'La Sciola', open to the public. All inserted in a framework of a masterpiece. Author, represented only by the generous, Mother Nature, from which to draw energy and inspiration.
The villa is located on the edge of Praiano, between Positano and Amalfi, right on the famous La Praia beach. The villa is on four levels. Each level corresponds to an independent apartment and all have terraced outdoor spaces. The villa is located near the "Sentiero degli Dei".
It is possible to reach the sea from a flight of stairs that starts from the villa and leads directly to the beach. Nearby there are: supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The villa is located about 1 km from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a minimarket with a well-stocked cellar, the Flavio Gioia bus stop, Praiano internal line at 500 meters and the nearest beach (Marina di Praia) reachable by a staircase. The villa can be reached from the street level along a public walkway, which can be traveled on by scooter. You will not need a car. If you do not have one, you can park it along the public road (the actual distance may vary depending on the availability of places) or in a public car park. The villa is located in the pedestrian area, crossed by a small road that leads to the heart of the town of Praiano. The shops are really close at hand, and if you want to try the classic seafood cuisine of the world-famous Praiano cooks, you just have to choose one of the many restaurants and trattorias in the town. All apartments have large terraces and enjoy the same view.
All the apartments are finely furnished, with taste and elegance, respecting the local tradition. The rooms of the house are embellished with ceramic tiles decorated by hand in a Vietri style, a characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. Wide vaults characterize the rooms adorned with stuccos, all executed by local craftsmen.
Furthermore the rooms are equipped with air conditioning / heating and Wifi Free.
There are numerous places of interest within reach: Amalfi, Ravello, Vietri, Minori, Positano, Sorrento, excavations of Pompeii, and Naples with its beauties.
From the villa it is possible to undertake many paths, the most famous is the "Sentiero degli Dei", a naturalistic path unique in the world, from which you can admire breathtaking views. A path between sky and sea!
The apartment covers an area of 80 square meters and 150 square meters of panoramic terraces. From the villa there is access to a charming garden among olive trees and the song of crickets, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. The garden is equipped with a relaxation area. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment.
It is not recommended for elderly people.
