Solent Seascape holds an enviable waterfront position within the historic harbour town of Yarmouth on the beautiful Isle of Wight. A wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants are conveniently situated within walking distance while there are fantastic country and coastal walks to be enjoyed right from the doorstep!

The Grade II listed townhouse boasts elegant interiors adorned with antiques, fine art and impressive features throughout, comfortably accommodating up to sixteen guests across nine well appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor is the dining room and the modern fitted kitchen which comes complete with all the necessary amenities a budding chef could possibly need with doors leading to the conservatory. Upstairs, in order to allow guests to make the most of the fabulous sea views on the balcony is the sophisticated drawing room and separate study. The first of the bedrooms is locate don this level, a double room with en-suite bathroom and balcony access. Upstairs on the second floor is the master bedroom which boasts an en-suite bathroom and impressive double aspect views over the Solent, Yarmouth Pier and Lymington Marina. Also on this floor, is a second double room, a twin room and a family bathroom. Upstairs, on the third level are two double bedrooms and a single room as well as an additional family bathroom. Heading back downstairs, on the lower ground floor is the cosy snug with its open fireplace, a single room and the final double bedroom and family bathroom.

Outside, there is a large, beautifully manicured lawned garden complete with terrace and dining facilities, perfect for the whole family to enjoy on a warm Summers evening! There is plenty to see, do and explore in the town of Yarmouth, spend a day exploring the cobbled streets and visiting the quaint cafe, galleries and boutique shops or take a stroll down to the Pier and enjoy the impressive views across the West Wight coastline and watch the ferries coming in to the dock. Tapnell Farm Park is less than fifteen minutes from Seascape, here there are petting animals and plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained for hours, while Monkey Haven is less than thirty minutes away. Further afield, the Robin Hill Country Park and the Isle of Wight Zoo are both less than a forty-minute drive away. Alum Bay, which is considered to be one of the most picturesque beaches on the Isle of Wight, is just a twenty-minute car journey away.
