Description
Start your day in the best possible way enjoying a delicious breakfast at the terrace, while you admire the sea, before you spend an amazing day at the private pool. In front of the pretty Ibiza styled building and surrounded by a great artificial lawn area, the chlorine pool highlights with its 12 x 4 metres an a water depth from 1 to 1.8 metres. You will find 5 sun loungers nearby where you can sunbathe and an exterior shower where you can wash off and get ready to cook a succulent barbecue.
The house comprises two floors of spacious, simple and beautiful rooms. When you enter, you find a large air-conditioned room where the living and the dining room are all together, offering a built-in sofa where you can sit and chat all together. The kitchen is independent and it is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you need to cook during your vacation, as well as the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are a bathtub bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds (one with AC, TV and exit to the garden) that complete this floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, AC, closet, exit to a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with independent shower and tub. Finally, a baby cot and a high chair also are available.
Villajoyosa is a beautiful town belonging to Alicante, in the area of Costa Blanca. Its beauty is emphasized thanks to its wonderful and picturesque houses full of colour and joy. In addition, this town offers a great beach of golden sand and crystal-clear water which is only 100 metres away from the house. Regarding the services, you will find all you need for your stay in the area: supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops. Finally, if you want have a different experience you can head for the golf course of Bonalba, only 33 km away from the house.
You may hear the electric train that passes by in front of the house every 30 minutes during the day.
