The property is surrounded by a 2-hectare park with a small Italian-style garden. Each apartment has its own private and equipped outdoor area. A panoramic swimming pool immersed in the landscape, a barbecue, games for children, and ping-pong among olive trees and vineyards makes this property very desirable for a family with kids or a group of travellers. This home is exactly halfway between Pisa and Florence, very close to Lucca, Livorno, and the Tyrrhenian coast. Chianti and Siena are also easily reachable. You have an infinite choice of itineraries: tourist, gastronomic and natural, a wide range of events related to popular culture, music, and food which lies at the core of the Tuscan tradition. There is a laundry room and 1 pet is welcome to stay with you for free. Barone Firenze Airport lies 50 km away.
