If you are looking for the warm atmosphere of a mountain chalet, with wooden furniture, a fireplace, a sauna, the peace of unspoiled nature, but at the same time you want a holiday full of sport, art and history, this is your destination. Arsiè is a small mountain village located between Veneto with its Dolomites, UNESCO heritage, its splendid cities of art (Venice 110 km, Vicenza and Treviso 70 km, Belluno 50 km, Verona 120 km) and Trentino with its lakes and castles; it is equidistant from Feltre (20 km), Castello Tesino (30 km), Fiera di Primiero (35 km). The garden of this two- family house is completely fenced and allows the children playing freely, while you cook at the barbecue or relax in the sun. The laundry is accessed through the owner's garage where there is a small workshop with its tools to repair motorcycles or bicycles. From the house there are several paths for hiking or cycling. There is also the possibility to book a bike or e-bike rental service that will be delivered you on the spot. 1 km a horse riding school. Although being in an isolated area (the house is reached by a narrow mountain road - 5 km), it is close to the beautiful towns that also offer many opportunities for fun: restaurants and breweries, continuous local festivals that offer local specialties, music and handicrafts. Corlo- Lake (9 km) is a lovely place where spending a day between diving and sunbathing, as well as the other lakes nearby (Levico and Caldonazzo Lake 50 km, Calaita Lake, 45 km, with views of the Pale di San Martino and Lake Santa Croce, 70 km) where you can practice water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, kitesurfing. Among the various trekking paths in the area some also offer a visit to the various caves that characterize this area: Grotta dell'Acqua Nera, Caves of San Donato and the Caves of Castel Tesino, or the caves of Oliero, the most famous, to be visited by boat. Hiking enthusiasts can choose between the Trentino Dolomites (the Pale di San Martino are 40 km away) and the Belluno Dolomites. For skiing, the nearest ski area is Croce d'Aune - Monte Avena, 25 km away. If you are daring, the favorable air currents make Monte Avena also the ideal base for paragliding and hang gliding; canyoning is practiced in the valley, while in the river Brenta you can enjoy kayaking, rafting and hydrospeed (riverboarding). The house is also an excellent starting point for historical-artistic itineraries: passing through charming historic villages or towns (Bassano del Grappa, Feltre, Mel, Marostica ..) you can reach the main cities of art of Veneto and Trentino. Not to forget the rich food and wine offer of the place: starting from the agritourism at 1.5 km from the house, up to the many local festivals, the common feature is the use of traditional products and those with the IGP (Lamon haricot, the Prussian Apple of Sovramonte). For lovers of beer, in Pedavena (20 km), there is a historic brewery that, thanks to its wide selection of draft beers, accompanied by local specialties, is famous throughout Europe. Do not miss a day on the hills of Valdobbiadene (40 Km), for a journey through vineyards, ancient villages and cellars, where you can stop and taste a glass of Prosecco or Cartizze. The water comes from a controlled cistern: the owner asks not to waste it.
