This home is just 3 km from Collecorvino and 18 km from the Adriatic Coast near Montesilvano Marina. There is a terrace with barbecue outdoors where guests can enjoy their meals. The house is situated halfway between the impressive scenery of the Gran Sasso and the seaside resorts of the coast in Abruzzo with spectacular beaches such as Francavilla al Mare (27 km), Pineto (31 km), Spiaggia di San Giovanni, also known as the Coast of Trabocchi (60 km), Alba Adriatica (65 km), Punta Penna Vasto Marina (90 km) and Martinsicuro (72 km).
