Villa Charlotte

Description

"Villa Charlotte" is a contemporary design villa set in a residential area near Catania and few kilometers from the Volcano Etna. Inside the accommodation is spread over two floors. The front door leads into a welcoming living room with, whose wooden floors, gray & white walls and the stylish lighting, set the tone for the rest of the house.
Next to the living is the lominous indoor dining room which in turn flows into the fully equipped kitchen with an island-cum-breakfast bar, dining and seating area overlooking the gardens. This room features a large glass sliding door accessing the shady al fresco dining and lounge areas.
Back in the entrance hall, a flight of wooden stairs leads to the first floor, home to the main sleeping quarters. Here there is a master bedroom, complete with terrace overlooking the gardens and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Still on the first floor another two double bedrooms (which one is triple with one single bed) with adjacent bathroom equipped with shower and bath-tub. Throughout the villa, furnishings, fittings and bathrooms are of a very high quality and the overall effect is one of sleek comfort.
Outside, the villa sits in a plot of about 1000 sqm that has been planted with abundantly fertile, fragrant and colorful trees, flowers, shrubs, herbs and lawns. Sitting in pride of place at the center of one of the lawned areas is the inviting pool (not heated). From here it is just a short hop, skip and jump to the shady al fresco living and dining areas, which are accessed via large sliding glass doors from their internal counterparts.
The house is set in a very quiet residential area, a few kilometers from the motorway and the little town of San Giovanni La Punta where you can find two big malls, shops, bars, restaurants, groceries etc ... We do strongly recommend hiring a car for shopping, sightseeing and getting around in general.
