Stand-alone stone house in a 2,000 sq.m. semi-isolated property and one mile away from small grocery shops where you can get anything. There are big supermarkets nearby as well.

The property was originally built in the mid nineteenth century and it is located on a breathtaking seacliff and 80 meters from the beach. It has been recently fully restored to offer the best sentations to its dwellers: solid oak wood in its interior (floors and beams) excepting for tiled floors broght directly from Casablanca used in some areas in the house.

LANGUAGES. The house manager speaks Spanish, English, German, French and Catalan.

The property has 30 windows and 4 picture windows with no windowless rooms. It can confortabily accommodate 8 adults and a baby in a cot. Weekly housekeeping included. Not recommended for lower-limb disable persons. Beach towels included. Free unlimited and poweful INTERNET (150 Mbps), ideal for TELEWORKING, and a 43" Smart TV.

COVID-19 STRICT DESINFECTION PROTOCOL: In adition to our traditional thorough cleaning practices, nowadays we carry the following desinfection steps after each stay:
1. 2-hour minimum ventilation of the property;
2. Desinfection of each and every surface (floors, baseboards, shutters, furniture, bathrooms, sauna, elevated surfaces, household appliances, light switches and handles);
3. Professional-laundry 60º C washing (linen, mattresses' covers, inner pillow cases, towels and kitchen cloths); and
4. House cleaning by specialized professionals using gloves and FFP-2 masks.

Colder weather and stronger winds in winter are not a problem as the house is perfectly isolated and desired temperature can be set in each room. 2 powerful dehumidifiers could be used when necessary.

SMALL CHILDREN. When necessary we place a safety gate on top of the stairs and we block 4 low windows upstairs -there are still 12 windows left. We offer special mattresses' covers for small children, a well-equipped cot and a high chair free of charge.

Video library: 200+ original DVD movies. Library: 300+ books in Spanish, English, German, French and Italian.

Garden wooden furniture: 4 sunbeds, 1 large table, 4 low tables, 1 bench, 2 armchairs and 9 chairs.

This property is situated in a quiet and nature-sorrounded 3-property cul-de-sac above Arnao beach (Castrillon municipality) and 5 kms from Asturias airport with no plane acustic disturbance at all. The city of Avilés is 7 kms away and it takes half an hour to get either to Oviedo or Gijón.

ARNAO BEACH -downstairs from the house- is very popular among surfers and more so Salinas beach which is 2 kms. away. We would highlight Arnao-Santa María del Mar coastal trail as being one the most beautiful in Asturias, and Arnao beach coral fossil reef as one of the best areas in the world to enjoy sea wildlife from the Devonian period (360-420 million years ago).

13 beaches in Asturias were awarded a BLUE FLAG by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) and Arnao beach is one of them. The Blue Flag eco-label is a certification that a beach meets its 29 stringent standards. These include standards for quality, safety, environmental education and information, the provision of services and general environmental management criteria.
