Originally built in the 1600s and renovated first in 2005 and again in 2019, villa has all modern amenities but retains old world charm and elegance. Situated on a small hill with commanding views of sunflower fields, olive groves, wheat fields, rolling hills and the ancient Castle of Casigliano. Villa is in a very private location, but only a 15 minute drive from historic Todi and Acquasparta. Famous Umbrian cities (Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Terni) and parts of Tuscany are only a 30 to 60 minute drive away. Villa is just 90 minutes from Rome Fiumincino airport.
Villa has 6 King bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Lovely, yet comfortably, furnished so that several couples or families with children will all feel at home.
Property has a regulation size Bocce court, and a ping pong table. Lavender bushes surround the pool, which has commanding views. House is well stocked with kitchen equipment, extra linens, pool towels, puzzles, books, and outdoor furniture. Linens are provided.
