Description

Authentic and spectacular independent house in the Can Pere area, 20 minutes from the beaches of Sitges, with a private pool and views of the sea and the Garraf valley, even on clear days you can see the Montserrat mountain.



The house has capacity for 15 people, where you can enjoy a few days of vacation and relaxation. In the outdoor area is the swimming pool surrounded by grass, from where you can bathe with sea views, the barbecue area and the porch, which has a large table for all diners and a bar for making cocktails at night .



Accessing from the porch we find an open space on the first floor where the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you may need for your stay (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker ...). It has a small pantry where the washing machine is also located. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and next to it there is a dining area with a wooden table. Next is the living room, with a magnificent decoration and a fireplace.



On this same floor, we find two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and another full bathroom with independent access. We also find the main access door, which leads to an outside terrace where you will find a trampoline and beautiful mountain views.



Going up the magnificent stairs illuminated by an impressive skylight of natural light, we reach the second floor where we find 3 other bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a trundle bed (which becomes a double) and the master bedroom with two single beds. In addition there is a full bathroom to share with other guests.



Both from the hallway and from the main room you have access to a terrace on the same floor, where you can enjoy the views of the sea, and going up the external staircase, you can access the viewpoint where you can see the Garraf valley. You can enjoy the sea and mountain views from the same point.



From the living room, up the stairs we can go down to the extra room where you will find several extra bed for 5 more guests. This area, perhaps more for the children and adolescents in the group, has a small seating area with a TV.



This house is ideal for large family groups, where you can enjoy a few relaxing days with plenty of space and where you will find great comfort. It has WiFi throughout the house and air conditioning in the living room.



Check In Information:



- You will be asked to sign a rental contract for the stay.



- The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euros x person x night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it)

There is possibility of late arrival between 00:01h and 06:00h for an extra charge of €50 paid locally and between 21:00h and 00:00h for an extra charge of €30 paid locally.
