Villa Cleopatra Grande is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Cleopatra Grande you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast from Positano to Punta Campanella, the western tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, and of the island of Capri on the horizon. Villa Cleopatra Grande is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Positano, a few steps from the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and shops at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Cleopatra Grande from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 36 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Cleopatra Grande. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved). Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach, partly gravel and partly rocky. You will reach it going down a public walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 260 stairway steps.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 2.7 meters (8.8 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (1.8 by 3 meters, 6 by 9.8 feet). It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The first terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast from Positano to Punta Campanella, the western tip of the Sorrentine peninsula, and of the island of Capri on the horizon.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through two double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
