From the kitchen, a door leads out to a terrace featuring a lovely large built-in barbecue, bread oven and dining facilities, perfect for alfresco dining. From the first floor, steps lead down to the sumptuous gardens and terraces, which surround the swimming pool and whirl-pool. Steps lead from the gardens and pool area down to the sandy beach, whereby you can stroll along to a couple of beachside tavernas (seasonal opening may vary).

A few local amenities including a few tavernas and a mini-market can be found within a few minutes stroll away, with the main bustling resort of Tsilvi and its amenities being found within a five minute drive.
