Come visit our little corner of paradise! Our Gold Standard Villa overlooking the beautiful azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. Our villa home is one of 5 privately owned villa homes known as Caye Villas in the Mata Grande area. We are located approximately 4.5 miles north of town and directly across the island from the famous Secret Beach!

Our home boasts the largest villa in our little enclave with 3 bedrooms all with a full en suite bathroom. The fourth bathroom is right off the upstairs great room, it also has a shower for those extra guests.

Each of the 3 bedrooms boasts a comfortable king size bed, 1 of which may be split into two twin beds upon request. The upstairs master and the great room also have futon/sofas.

The villa is a full home, with a full size kitchen, great room with living and dining area. Wonderful upstairs balcony and downstairs patio to gather, eat, drink your morning coffee and view the beautiful Caribbean. We offer free wi-fi internet, cable TV, and a mid visit maid service with a 7 day stay. Caye Villas has a full time live on property caretaker and full time night security officer, for your added comfort and peace of mind.

Caye Villas has a private freshwater pool, with lounge chairs and room for relaxing.

Caye Villas is situated in a wonderful beachfront stretch north of town that boasts restaurants and resorts within walking distance.

Our local property management team can help with excursions. Local trips include snorkeling, diving, sailing and fishing trips. While the mainland offers excursions to view flora, fauna, magnificent archeological sites and numerous offerings for the adventurous.
