VILLA ELIOS offers the comfort of 100m² inside and 45m² of the covered veranda, surrounded by 700m² of planted garden. The living room is divided into area relax with SKY TV and a mini BOSE sound system and a fully equipped kitchen. On the living room level, there is a double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom [tub shower]. Eight steps separate the living room level from the upper floor, where there are: the master bedroom, the bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom, this one equipped with a shower and washing machine. An additional cot for 1 child can be arranged on request. All the rooms [including the living room] are air-conditioned and connected to the courtyard through French windows, to make the communication between the internal and external environments perfect. The external veranda, accessible through a double window, has a table, 2 deck chairs, and a mobile barbecue. The entire garden, which surrounds the villa on four sides, is enclosed by hedges and Mediterranean vegetation. While from the north corner you can admire a wonderful view over the wild area of Domus De Maria, from the south side you can enjoy a pleasant view of the neighborhood from an elevated position. The climate is much cooler than the hot and humid coastal climate. The villa is 110 meters above sea level and the area is characterized by an airy and hilly climate.

The inhabited center has its origins in the eighteenth century: traditions, "local festivals" and authenticity conquer the amateur tourists of the area. The culinary specialties of the place satisfy both those who prefer the typical cuisine of the hinterland based on meat, roasts, red wine, cheeses, and those who love seafood based on fish, shellfish and white wine.
