Located in the Tuscan countryside with lovely views, Villa Usignolo is a private country house with private pool suitable for large family gathering or group of 20 people. The location is a perfect place to have a wedding reception and enjoy the many touristic attractions close by.

This property consists of two villas and an apartment.

The first villa (700 sq.m) can sleep up to 19 people and can be accessed either from the tower or from the main building.
On the ground floor we will find the main living room with fireplace, TV room, kitchen and a second living room with service bathroom. From the tv room we access the first floor where we find the sleeping area. Going up the stairs, on the right side we will find a room with a French bed (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children) and a double bedroom with bathroom with shared shower; two double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower. On the left side there is another double bedroom, which is accessed via a double passage room, with bathroom with shower. There are also two double bedrooms both with a third bed and both with a bathroom with shower. In the tower, there is another double bedroom with a bathroom with shower.

The second villa can accommodate 13 guests (520 sqm).
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the billiard room, the lounge with arched ceilings, the dining room and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, which can be accessed through an internal staircase or directly from the garden by climbing a staircase, there is a lounge with fireplace, three twin bedrooms, a triple room, two double bedrooms with a bathroom with shower, two bathrooms with bathtub and a toilet. Finally, climbing up a second stairway leads us to the tower. From the kitchen, as well as from every room on the ground floor, you access directly the court, equipped with tables and chairs.

The apartment is a restored ancient barn and it has 4 sleeping places on the ground floor, kitchen / living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area consists of a well-maintained garden, a covered terrace with outdoor garden furniture, a BBQ area. There are two swimming pools (one is 5x10 m, depth from 0,80 to 2,40m; the other, larger one, is 16x8 m, depth from 0,80 to 2,40m) equipped with sun lounges.

There is a tennis court (extra charge) that is shared, located near one of the swimming pools.

There is the possibility to arrange wedding receptions or special events at the villa as well as wine tasting and even a cook. Parking space available on site and pets allowed on request. The professional kitchen can only be used by catering or authorised personnel.
