Can Bruma is a modern villa located in the popular town of Sitges, outside of Barcelona. The villa has five bedrooms for ten guests to stay and boasts its very own private pool and sea views. The villa is perfect for groups looking to enjoy the sites of Sitges with great access to Barcelona.
The villa has a modern and bright interior, with highlights of colour bringing energy into each room! Large south-facing windows feature throughout the villa, ensuring that there is sun flooding the rooms throughout the day, making it a wonderful space to relax in. Entering the property, you will step into the huge open plan living and dining room. This space is home to a large corner sofa, television and sound system, making for an ideal spot to relax in. The large dining table sits under skylights and is great for big group meals. A few steps up from the table, the kitchen can be found.

Modern and fully equipped, you can enjoy the sea view whilst getting dinner ready, there is also an additional small table and access to the patio. The first of the villa's bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor, with three single beds it is great for friends or children to stay in. On the lower ground floor, near the entrance of the villa, guests will find the master bedroom. With an en-suite bathroom and a garden view, it is a wonderful space to wake up in!

The first floor is home to a further two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin single bedroom. All the bedrooms in the villa have a unique style and lots of storage space, so there is no need to pack light! Guests staying on the first floor can also enjoy the small reception room, with seating and a television, it is a quiet space to enjoy some tranquillity during the day. The final bedroom is in the separate annexe.

With its own private entrance, small kitchen and bathroom it is ideal for those looking for a little independence during the holiday. Outside, the villa has everything you could ask for when taking a break on the Spanish coast. The private pool is a real treat, with several outdoor lounging areas ideal for making the most of weather. The barbecue and dining area are also great for enjoying evenings meals in the twilight.

#### Location
The villa is located on the outskirts of the popular destination of Sitges. Just thirty minutes from Barcelona, Can Bruma has access to all the amenities you may need during your stay. Several supermarkets can be found within a twenty-minute walk, with the very centre of Sitges half an hour away on foot.

Sitges is a gorgeous traditional town on the Spanish coast. Imagine winding cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings fortified by the surrounding mountains; it is truly picturesque. A popular tourist town and easy to access from Barcelona, it is a lively and vibrant place. Home to lots of bars and restaurants, walking the streets at sunset is a great experience, and you can pop into the small side street bars to try the local wines, before finding some tapas or fresh seafood for dinner! The town is also famous for its nightlife, known as the party capital for the LGBTQ community there are plenty of venues to enjoy some late-night dancing before heading home for a restful sleep.

The area is host to gorgeous beaches; you can bring a towel for the day, or rent a lounger and parasol when you get there. The sandy beaches are ideal for relaxing days by the sea, with the calm waters offering the chance to cool down from the hot sun. The beaches also offer lots of bars and restaurants, lined up along the promenade; you can enjoy some great food whilst enjoying the view! There are also lots of water sports in the area, with parasailing, SUPs and water-skiing popular activities with tourists. You may want to be aware that some of the beaches in the area are clothing optional, but these are well signposted.

Sitges was once the haunt of many famous artists, and you can now visit the Cau Ferrat museum to explore the studio and home of artist Santiago Rusinol. This fantastic museum allows you to walk the rooms where you will find work from Picasso, El Greco and Rusinol himself. It is easy to imagine this centre of creativity once bustling with artists and is great for those seeking a little artistic culture.
