Bedroom 2 ( ground floor), double room, can be made up as a Super-king or twin, en-suite shower room, flat screen smart TV with Free-view, USB charging sockets beside the bed, bedroom 3 features a walk in shower with a raised WC pan and accessible basin.

Bedroom 3 (first floor), the family room, 1 Super-king, 2 singles and a double in a fun bunk bed configuration all with USB charging points, flat screen smart TV with full Sky Q package, family bathroom with 1800mm bath and separate shower.

Bedroom 4 (first floor), double room, can be made up as a Super-king or twin, en-suite shower room, flat screen smart TV with Free-view, USB charging sockets beside the bed.

Lounge/Diner ample seating, TV unit with smart, TV Sky Q DVD player and selection of DVDs.
