The dining room is set up with a large square dining table with seating for ten people or you can choose to dinner outside on the terrace or make a family barbecue. The large kitchen is fully equipped and designed to make you feel at easy that you will have all the utensils and if you don't want to cook, we also provide chef upon request!. On top of living the dream of staying in a luxurious villa, you have a maid to help you and to clean every days. The villa is conveniently located at the main entrance of Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Across the street from the entrance (within walking distance), you will also find the Palma Real Shopping Village, which has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars (including Harley Davidson, Dolce Italia, Papa John's, etc.), a big grocery store ‘LAMA’ and more. Loud music and parties are not allowed after 10:00 pm (11:00 pm on Saturday nights). Violation of this rule will result in a fine of USD 100.00 to be deducted from renter's damage deposit or paid in cash. Please, send by the copies of 2 or 3 passports of your group members and access cards to gated community will be ready for your check-in. You might be asked for an ID on your first access.
