Typical Mallorcan house in the center of Fornalutx, in the middle of "Sierra de Tramuntana" with capacity for 5 people.

The house is ideal for people who are looking for tranquility, want to enjoy the nature or go hiking or cycling. Two terraces invite you to make a family barbecue.

The interior of the house have a cozy and rustic style. On the ground floor, there is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher as well as a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, located on the terrace. The cozy living room, with typical wooden beams, has a television with satellite channels and is located on the first floor, as well as a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor you can find the three bedrooms; two with double bed and one with two single beds. The largest with access to the terrace and en-suite shower room has air conditioning, the other two offer a ceiling fan. For our little guests we can prepare a cot and a highchair. The house is equipped with wall radiators in all rooms.

The village of Fornalutx is situated in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in the west of Mallorca. It is a very authentic and quiet village with a grocery store and some restaurants with typical majorcan food. A car is needed to get around as there are no ofen bus connections. The next sandy beach is in Puerto de Sóller, about 7 km. The area is perfect for cycling, hiking and driving routes, visiting the villages of Escorca, Soller or Deià. There are supermarkets, shops and more services in Sóller or Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the island.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
