IL PONTICELLO - NEAR CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO
Il Ponticello is a beautifully restored property located on a hill in the countryside with views of the vineyards and fruit trees. Access to the property is via a non-asphalted road. The villa is about 600m from the main road close to the beach resort of Balestrate where there are bars, small shops, and restaurants. The sandy beaches are popular with crystal clear waters, while in the countryside the landscape is a patchwork of vineyards.

The property consists of three dwellings: the main house, an adjoining apartment with its own entrance, and a small house approximately 40m away. All three are rented together for holiday purposes. Guests can use the swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1,5m) with its solarium, outside shower and barbecue facilities in the pretty garden. The house is decorated to a high standard in rustic country style. Original features such as ceiling beams and a large open fireplace in the spacious living area, combined with functional modern furnishings and decor, make for a warm and friendly atmosphere.

MAIN HOUSE
Entrance to a spacious living room with fireplace and large dining table, kitchen (dishwasher, large gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, toaster), one single bedroom, one bathroom with shower, terrace, swimming pool, pretty garden.
A staircase from the living room takes up to the loft where there is one double bedroom + one single bed;
First Floor: 1 twin bedroom (walk through), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower

APARTMENT
Living room, one bathroom with shower, garden. Stairs lead up to the loft where there is one double bedroom. Sleeps 2

ANNEX
Access to the living/dining room with kitchen corner (two gas hobs, fridge and freezer), one bathroom with shower, covered terrace, garden. Stairs lead up to the first floor loft where there is one double bedroom. Heating is via the gas stove. Sleeps 2

Facilities: Hairdryer, barbecue, fireplace, external shower, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, CD Player, DVD Player, Griddle, 2 TV's, ceiling fans x12, parking within the grounds, bathroom towels change twice per week( Wednesday and Saturday).

When the villa is rented for 8 people, the Apartment and Annex will be closed.
