Villa Jolanda consists of 2 double bedrooms, large living room = kitchen, a well-kept garden, services (TV, washing machine, barbecue, air conditioning, mosquito nets) and is about 50 meters from the sea, with access to small sandy beaches (= coves).
The construction is free on all four sides and the garden, with English lawn, is equipped with irrigation system, high hedge and various succulent plants of medium stem, for privacy and relaxation.
The town has a super-market, for the purchase of groceries, a tobacconist, a good restaurant and a pizzeria.
Nearby is the private beach, with entrance fee.
Torre Specchia is renowned for the "Le Cesine" Natural Oasis, famous as it receives several migratory species of birds, and the nearby "White Beach" well known to surfers and kite-surfers.
At 2 km there is San Foca with the port, inhabited all year by fishermen and equipped with services (pharmacy, petrol station, shops and supermarkets).
Otranto is a few kilometers away, and the Acaya Golf Club (18 holes), a couple of kilometers away, takes its name from the fortified medieval citadel with the famous Castle of 1500.
