Stepping inside, it is clear that warmth and comfort have been prioritised with decor choices. The soft red and woody brown colour schemes, and the exbosed brick work and beams provide a comforting reminder of the crude farmhouse that has been renovated to create this luxury villa.

#### Features
Villa Presti sleeps up to 15 people on comfortable king beds and is composed of three floors; perfect for groups of relatives or friends but at the same time offers plenty of space for personal privacy also.
Ground Floor
- The ground floor has an entrance through an attractive arched porch, original stone walls and arches of brick and stone, vaulted ceilings and rustic floor tiles.
- It is divided into an ample living area to relax and read with stereo, tv sat and a fireplace, a sofa and 2 armchairs.
- There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a large table, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers.
First Floor
- The first floor is characterised by a loggia with a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
- There is living area with a sofa and 2 armchairs as well as a large dining table which accommodates up to 16 people.
- A fully equipped kitchen with 5 rings, dishwasher, fridge, oven provides all you might need to cater for 16 people.
- There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this floor.
- In the living room there is satellite TV and an original brick fireplace.
Top Floor
- The top floor boasts a large lounge area with satellite TV and game tables, Chester sofa, dvd and fireplace.
- There are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
- There is also a full equipped kitchen and sculptur table.
- All the windows have fly screens.
Outside
- The grounds of the Villa are extensive and offer various facilities including a barbecue and a pizza oven, wicker tables and chairs and a stunning infinity-pool situated in a sunny position in the middle of a vineyard.
- There is also basketball, volleyball and bicycles available to guests.
Swimming Pool
- The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, located in a carefully manicured garden 50 meters from the villa.
- It measures 15 x 5 m, with a depth of 1, 30 m. The area bordering the swimming pool is terracotta pavement.
- The swimming pool is open between May - September.

#### Location
Villa Presti is about 5 kilometres from the historic town of Citta della Pieve where one can experience traditional life as well as admire the works of the painter Pietro Vannucci, otherwise known as Perugino.
There are local festivals to enjoy including the Floral Street Art festival, the Palio and music festivals. The town has many fine restaurants and traditional trattorias. Amenities and shops include supermarkets, a chemist, hospital and police station.

- Traditional Tuscan and Umbrian dinner prepared by a local Chef and served either in the villa or in the garden.
- For lunchtimes you can book a real "pizzaiolo" who'll make pizza in the villa's own outdoor pizza oven.
- Cookery classes can be arranged with a local Chef inside the villa
- Immerse yourself in the rich world of Italian wine, and partake in atmospheric tasting sessions within a series of local caves.
