Description

Capellania is an outstanding, huge, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, luxury villa - entirely private and surrounded by its own stunning garden and neighbouring orchards; with a filtered, 9m x 5m private pool for exclusive use of guests, 42 '' English and German TV, Internet, air conditioning, central heating, private parking. With its spectacular mountain views at the very edge of town - just 350m to the centre, on level, tarmacked road - hidden behind its 3 000 m2 landscaped, walled-in garden with exotic fruit trees and flower-canopied pergolas, table tennis, BBQ, sun beds and rockers, Capellania is also a home to tortoises and gold fish. Entirely modern and tastefully furnished, the villa has the ambiance of a Moorish-inspired romantic folly, with its circular well-stocked library, sweeping marble staircase, stained-glass windows and a domed bathroom with a large oval marble bath. A spacious dining room flows through a colonnaded circular hallway into a huge living room, with cosy seating space round the wood-burning cast iron stove, and sofas for TV viewing.


This is a self-catering villa. We provide a thorough cleaning before and after your stay (included in the price) and toilet paper and hand wash liquid on arrival. All bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are included. On our own website (please, contact owner for link), you can find information about supermarkets opening hours, with directions, should you be arriving late. There are many supermarkets in Orgiva, and a grocery is open on Sundays till approx. 10 pm. If you want a hamper on arrival with some basic foodstuffs, our house-keeper can arrange that, for a small charge (6 euro plus the invoiced cost of food, which you would need to specify in advance).

Activities: walking, riding, yoga courses, massage (Thai, shiatsu, etc), many alternative therapies, painting classes. In Orgiva there is a recreation centre where you can play tennis, squash, football, badmington or take a dance or aerobics class. Information on the villa and the town of Orgiva will be provided on arrival.
