Podere Torre degli Olivi is a splendid property 4km from the town of Palaia, in Pisa in Tuscany, surrounded by greenery and olive trees from which it takes its name.

From the main road of Palaia, a typically Tuscan private road with cypress trees lining it, leads to the gate of the holiday home.
Immediately a well-kept garden appears in front of the house with various trees, seats and deck chairs to enjoy the summer breeze that this countryside offers. A little further on begins the olive grove, with its hundreds of plants that characterize the area. Here you can walk with your children and discover the Tuscan nature.

Near the house there is an outdoor dining area for enjoying meals al fresco.

The house "Podere Torre degli Olivi" is a typically Tuscan house, partly in stone and partly in terracotta bricks, with original floors and steps, exposed beams and furnishings that integrate perfectly. It is ideal for those who really want a holiday in Tuscany.
The area allows you to reach many places in a maximum of one hour, such as: Pisa, Lucca, the beaches of Viareggio, Florence, Siena and many others. The first grocery store is about 5km away.

You can bring your pets with you.

The holiday home is finely restored and internally composed as follows:

Ground Floor: fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, cooking rings, fridge and freezer.
Dining area with table, TV, sofa and door leading outside.

A spiral staircase connects this floor to the upper floor.

First Floor:
Living room with access from the outside: with sofas, armchairs, fireplace and television.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
One room on this floor will remain closed.

Stairs lead to the two upper floors.

Second Floor:
Bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet, washbasin.
Double bedroom with small private terrace with table and two chairs overlooking the countryside.

Third floor / Attic:
Bedroom with double bed and French bed, ideal as a family room.
