Typical country house of these areas capable of telling the world of another existence, this unique dwelling reflects the typical one of Gallura architecture with some contemporary reinterpretations, but with a strong reference to the ancient construction rules of this culture.
The building consists of two bodies, the main rectangular in shape on three staggered levels and a stone house placed sideways to create an internal courtyard sheltered from the winds where the swimming pool and relaxation area is located.
The structure is partially built with the local stone, the yellow granite of San Giacomo, finely worked and placed by expert local workers attentive to traditions and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a generously sized bathroom with a bath, a double bedroom with adjoining walk-in closet, a very large mezzanine connected to the living room, a small storage room and a room with bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
It can accommodate up to 6 people with large individual indoor and outdoor spaces, where you can experience everyday life in a convivial and at the same time intimate atmosphere.
The swimming pool has a very large entrance area with a water depth of 20 cm to be almost compared to the seashore where people usually lie down to relax.
The position of the "stazzo" is very happy because from all the rooms of the house and from the large external verandas there is a wonderful view towards the north coast of Sardinia, overlooking the island of Asinara to the west and Capo Testa to Santa to the east. Teresa, the Corsican islands of Lavezzi and Cavallo and in front of the limestone cliff of Bonifacio.
