With many shops, restaurants, and beach bars, they are great to enjoy a day by the waters. At 1.5 km, you have the town center of Santa Maria Dell'Arzilla with the supermarket. The villa is airconditioned. It is surrounded by a spacious garden and several terraces with furniture. You have ample space to relax and unwind. The swimming pool has an irregular shape and there is also a bubble bath. There are sun loungers and parasols by the pool to admire the views over the olive grove and the rolling hills. A barbecue and parking are also available. Rimini Airport is 42 km.
