Description

This former stables, just a few kilometers from the Riviera Fiori and only 2 km from the sea, has been carefully restored and converted into a charming and impressive holiday home with private pool. It is located on a hill dominating the coast and enjoys a quiet location and complete privacy. The access to the interior is directly through the beautiful terrace, which is fully furnished and equipped, ideal for relaxing. You will then enter an impressive open space with dining area and open kitchen, bar area with billiards and a beautiful fireplace. One of the two double rooms has a fireplace and a private bathroom, while the four-bed room has no windows. Another and very spacious bathroom has two built-in showers. The sun terrace, overlooking beautiful sunsets, is equipped with table tennis. Below the house there is a bocce court and a private swimming pool with a furnished gazebo nestled in unique vegetation with centuries-old olive trees and an orchard. A caretaker, who takes care of the maintenance of garden and pool, lives within the property. In addition, in front of the house there is an open storage room where tools are kept, to which the guests of the house have no access. In the area there are countless attractions, like cycle paths winding in the hills and a golf course, which is just 12 km away. Pietra Ligure 42 km and in the neighborhood Noli and Spotorno, as well as Borgio Verezzi, one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy. The city of Genoa (45 km) with its history, narrow streets and Europe's largest aquarium, is definitely worth a visit. Access to the house via a 600 m long dirt track.
