This villa is spread over various terrace levels from the level of the road to the sea. It comprises of three units and the main house; each unit has a bedroom and en-suite. The main home offers two bedrooms, offering a total of five bedrooms, which can accommodate eight guests. All rooms are spacious, with plenty of space for guests to unpack and relax.

As you enter the main home, which sits slightly further down from the first two units, you are welcomed into a beautiful space that feels like a home away from home. It offers a large, open plan living room that has a stunning vista of the ocean. It's the perfect spot to sit in the morning, enjoying a coffee and planning your day or to sit and enjoy a film night with the whole group.

Meals can be enjoyed on the outdoor, undercover terrace, where there's plenty of space for everyone to sit while enjoying the breathtaking view. The kitchen in this villa is well-equipped, with everything you need to create a tasty feast.

The outdoor area takes full advantage of the stunning area and the ocean sight. Whether you sit up on the balcony from the living room, enjoying a meal or a drink, or head down to the lower garden area to get an even closer look at the ocean and relax on the sun loungers and outdoor dining area.

This villa is just a 10-minute walk from the town centre and marina. The nearby town is a peaceful and picturesque spot that sits on the rocky shore of the Adriatic. Here there are plenty of shops to enjoy, restaurants and bars to enjoy and beaches and caves to explore. The villa is also close to many beaches, Porto Badisco (14km) and Torre dell'Orso (37km) and also to popular spots in the Lecce region, including the resort town of Marina di Marittima (2km).

#### Location
Vista Kerkyra is located a short drive from Castro, a peaceful town that sits on the rocky shore of the Adriatic. This spot has plenty to do and explore, from beautiful caves like Grotta Zinzulusa and Grotta Romanelli and the beautiful beach of Cala dell'Acquaviva. The town has plenty of charm, and it has retained a lot of its old-world atmosphere. There are beautiful shops, tasty restaurants and relaxing bars.

The Lecce province is known for unspoiled coastlines, incredible cliffs and crystal-clear waters. To enjoy these spots, venture to Porto Badisco (14km), Melendugno (38km) and Torre dell'Orso (37km).

The villa is close to some of the beautiful spots in the Lecce province that make the most of the coast. The resort town of Marina di Marittima (2km) is an incredibly stunning spot and has even won an award for the most beautiful beaches. It has peaks, caves and picturesque coves, as well as a few restaurants and bars.

Santa Cesarea Terme is also great area to explore (7km). This town is one of the largest centres for thermal baths in the Salento. Other than relaxing in some steaming waters, you can also enjoy the beautiful caves and beaches: Grotta Gattulla, Baia di Porto Miggiano and Torre di Porto Miggiano.

The capital city of the province, Lecce, is somewhere you should head for a day trip, as there is plenty to enjoy (48km). This area is known as ‘the Florence of the South' because of its stunning architecture, a lot of which are created from the local stone. Here you can explore the Basilica di Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo, the Roman Amphitheatre and Torre del Parco.
