La Zinzulusa is a sea view villa located on the Adriatic coast of Salento, in a strategic and privileged position close to the renowned and suggestive "Grotta della Zinzulusa", in the locality of Zinzulusa about 1.5 km from Castro Marina.
This stretch of coast is characterized by a cliff, which is about 120 m away.
The villa is accessed from the main road, which leads to the Zinzulusa Cave, climbing about 60 steps of local stone, between dry stone walls and vegetation or, alternatively, through a characteristic path behind it surrounded by pine forest.
