The ground level finca, partly built of pretty natural stones, offers space for up to six people and is situated in the rural south of Mallorca on a large plot of land. If you go for a walk you will find adjacent impressive remains of the famous historical tower buildings of the Talayotic culture. Apart from these interesting historical facets, the super well-kept and lovingly designed outside area of the holiday home offers pure relaxation. Various terrace areas, including a sunny roof terrace, invite you to relax - be it with a tasty snack at the inviting dining table, with a good book on one of the comfortable sun loungers under the umbrella by the pool or with a sporty game of table tennis at the in-house table. You can easily park your rental car on the square by the house or in the garage with direct access to the house.

The interior of "Casa Maria" is classic with modern elements. Lots of warm wood, combined with light-coloured walls and tiled floors, plus high-quality furniture, a few selected decorative pieces and pleasant lighting: a holiday home to feel good in! Especially practical, especially for families with small children, is living on one level. You enter the house through a spacious entrance area. The cosy, open living and dining room invites you to relax and eat together. But you can also have breakfast together in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen without space problems. The three double bedrooms, all tastefully and discreetly furnished and fitted with built-in wardrobes, offer plenty of privacy. One bedroom has a modern bathroom en suite, another bathroom completes the living area of the finca.
