This villa is located at the exclusive Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.



The villa is conveniently located approx. 3.5 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short 10-min drive and you’ll arrive at the villa. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Punta Cana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Punta Cana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).



The villa is located on the La Cana golf course; a 27-hole championship golf course designed by P. B. Dye, with 4 oceanfront holes and 14 holes with ocean views.



From the villa, you’ll be close to the most incredible virgin-like beach of Playa Serena with powdery white sand and clear, shallow ocean. You can even see the ocean from the balcony of the villa! Just a quick walk along the golf course, and you’ll be jumping in the ocean in no time! Playa Serena is very suitable for families and small children, as the ocean is rather calm and shallow. If you want a beach with a little more life, you can easily go to Playa Blanca Beach Club which is also inside the resort.



-THE SPACE-



This property is a beautiful 10.000 sq. ft. villa built in 2 levels, with big balconies, private courtyard with a pool area and a manicured backyard.



The contemporary Colonial-style architecture of this villa is mixed with Indo-Chine influences, natural and organic local materials to capture a fluid transition between unrestricted spaces and nature’s beauty.



The combination of authentic and custom-made furniture made of precious thick hardwoods from Asia, antique statues, local Dominican crafts, antique and reproduction of Chinese furniture from different dynasties truly give this villa a warm and Zen-like atmosphere.



The villa is one of the most interesting villas that you’ll find in Punta Cana - the perfect setting for your tropical vacation. Plus, the location is unbeatable as you’ll be just a few hundred feet away from the beach and the ocean.



The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are located downstairs – 3 bedrooms are located inside the villa with access to a terrace and 2 bedrooms are located outside in individual garden bungalows with direct access to the garden and pool area.



At the heart of the villa, you'll find the spacious living- and dining area and balcony overlooking the garden, golf course and with a view towards the ocean.



The courtyard-like garden and swimming pool area with bar (beverages are not included) is an incredible space for you to enjoy during your vacation. Here, you can spend the warm summer days swimming and taking refreshing dips in your own, private swimming pool. Enjoy your casual lunches poolside and relax underneath the shade of the palm trees. The backyard offers a wonderful green oasis and has a nice and spacious lawn area.



The villa is air-conditioned but also offers you plenty of outdoor space if you prefer the feel of the warm, Caribbean air.



-DOWNSTAIRS-



The entire downstairs area of the villa is where you’ll find the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms inside the main villa: The 1st bedroom has 2 twin/single canopy beds with mosquito nets, closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to a terrace.



The 2nd bedroom has a queen canopy bed with mosquito net, closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to a terrace.



The 3rd bedroom inside the villa is the master bedroom. This amazing master suite consists of 3 rooms and has a beautiful king canopy bed with mosquito net, 2 walk-in closets, air condition and 2 ensuite bathrooms – one with a submerged bathtub and another bathroom with shower. The master suite has a private office/library and also a private yoga room (just bring your own mat). From the master suite, you also have direct access to a terrace.



Outside you’ll find the last 2 bedrooms in individual garden bungalows. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin/single canopy beds with mosquito nets, closet, air condition, high vaulted ceiling and ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden and pool area.



The 5th and last bedroom has a king canopy bed with mosquito nets, closet, air condition, high vaulted ceiling and ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden and pool area.



-UPSTAIRS-



The top floor of the villa occupies the common living area. Here, you’ll find a large living- and dining room with access to two large balconies (one on each side of the room) that offer incredible views. The living area is air-conditioned and has a high vaulted ceiling with fans, comfortable furniture, and unique Asian-influenced decor.



Adjoining the living room, you’ll find the TV room, which has air condition, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the balcony. If necessary, the TV room can be converted into a 6th bedroom with 1 twin/single bed.



The indoor dining area offers a nice space for you to enjoy your meals in style. If you prefer to dine more casually and al fresco, you have another dining table available outside on the balcony.



The kitchen with cooking island is equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook delicious meals during your vacation. If you prefer to hire a personal chef (food & beverages are not included) to cook for you and to make your vacation life easier, you also have that option available.

-VILLA STAFF-



When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a maid included. The maid stays on the property in the staff quarters behind the bar and will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.



You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Additional fees apply to all extra services. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

-GETTING AROUND-



If you’re staying in Punta Cana, you might not really need a rental car. However, should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though they are not always practiced by the locals!



If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Chevrolet Tahoe). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
