The lounge area offers comfy sofas, a television, home cinema system and hi-fi, everyone can gather around here and catch up, spending quality time together. The dining table is adjacent to the sofas, with the bright and airy room being perfect for morning breakfasts and a glass of fresh orange juice. The kitchen continues with this modern style, offering all the equipment you may need to cook some fantastic meals, maybe even some freshly caught fish which you can purchase from the market! Also on this ground floor, you will find one double bedroom, featuring its own en-suite bathroom and dressing room for your comfort. The further bedrooms can be found on the lower ground floor, with an en-suite, double room, and two bedrooms with double, pull-out beds. There is a family bathroom on this floor as well as a separate kitchen.

Outside, Villa Antia continues to offer stylish living spaces, with an angular swimming pool, jutting out to the edge of the terrace. This well-known town with 40,000 residents is well linked, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. Nestled between mountains and the sea, this jewel of the ever-popular Costa Blanca has charming waterfronts and beaches, and there is a huge range of local shops and markets along with supermarkets for more basic necessities, and a range of international cuisine if you fancy something different. The prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella", is so close to the villa, that even beginners might have to give it a go!
