Chalet El Molino, is located in the neighbourhood of la Soledad, just outside Chiclana town centre. It is located in a very quiet location on a large plot of land, with a spectacular private pool with a beach style entrance. Ideal for families with children and holidaymakers who enjoying being outside as it has five beautiful terraces.

EQUIPMENT

The house consists of four bedrooms, three of which are on the first floor and with access to large terraces and a sun roof with panoramic views. The master bedroom has a double bed and double sofa bed, and a private en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom has a double bed, another has a high double bed and one single bed.
On the first floor there is also an additional bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor you will find the fourth bedroom with two single beds, the lounge, large dining room, another bathroom with shower and the fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
On this floor there is also a games room where all the family can have fun.

Outside there is lots of parking space, a large porch, a woody area and a lawn with sun loungers.

The house has Wi-Fi and Netflix streaming and operates with solar power in an eco-friendly way. For this reason it is not possible to charge electric cars, or use plug-in air-con devices, heaters, or other high consumption devices.

LOCATION

The town centre of Chiclana is just one kilometre away and the beach is five kilometres. Jerez airport is a 40 minute drive away.

This property accepts pets upon request and with a supplement. Remember to add your four legged friend when you make the booking or let us know afterwards.
