There’s a large main villa, a smaller cottage, a pool, and lots of private outdoor areas with views in every direction.


The MAIN VILLA includes tile floors throughout, with a cozy fireplace, ornate solid wood interior doors and beautiful hardware. From the living room, a big slider leads out to a spacious covered terrace, where you can take your morning coffee or grill up lunch while enjoying the constant coastal breezes.
The kitchen includes granite worktops, a dishwasher & an all-important washing machine. This kitchen will allow you to cook for a crowd, as it comes equipped with every appliance you could ever need while on vacation. Your group can dine comfortably together around the indoor table, or take dinner al fresco on one of the 3 covered or open-air terraces.
Back inside, the master bedroom has a 4-poster bed, while a spiral staircase takes you down to two more bedrooms (one with two single beds, another with a double bed). There’s also a spacious custom-tiled bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.


The COTTAGE living area includes a fireplace and lots of natural light. The gorgeous kitchen has granite worktops and a breakfast bar that overlooks the dining area. There are tranquil terraces here, too, with views of the pool area and the sea. There are two bedrooms in the cottage -- one with two single beds, another with a double bed.
This coastal paradise is located between Valencia (1.5 hours) and Barcelona (2.5 hours). The hillside villa feels isolated, but you’re just up the road from shopping and dining, with the beach and Serra d'Irta  National Park only minutes away.
