Villa Carolina is a modern villa of classic design on 2 floors. It offers versatile accommodation with 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and 2 full bathrooms - one on each floor. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which can be used for a child.
The open plan lounge dining area has comfortable seating and opens onto a shaded terrace with dining table which overlooks the swimming pool. There are also 2 awnings that can be extended for extra shade. The views across the Andalusian hills are stunning! The stylish kitchen is bright and well equipped for a family wishing to cater for themselves.
Outside the swimming pool has plenty of space around it for sun loungers. There is space for 2 cars to park within the fenced garden which is planted with young fruit trees. The professional BBQ is high quality and perfect for cooking outside during the long summer evenings.
The villa will appeal both to families seeking a detached villa with pool at a reasonable price and also to a couple or group of friends needing a quiet and private place to relax and recharge their batteries.
