The Yorkshire Coastline has more than 100 miles of stunning shoreline to explore. Secluded coves, beautiful beaches and picturesque fishing villages are all there to be discovered and explored. The North York Moors National Park boasts the greatest area of National parkland in the UK and is home to the North York Moors Railway which is one of the earliest and most historic lines in the North of England. Its origins go back well over a century and a half, they operate steam trains along an 18 mile line between the market town of Pickering and the village of Grosmont, with trains to Whitby on certain days of the year.
