The villa has two luxury bedrooms which can sleep up to 4 people. Poinciana features two bedrooms both with en-suite baths. One bedroom is located upstairs from the kitchen. This bedroom features a king-size bed and has a balcony offering panoramic sea views. The second bedroom is located downstairs just off the living area and also comes with a king-size bed.

RATES
Nightly Room Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, with maximum double occupancy per bedroom. Rates are inclusive of gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner in resort restaurants; beverages, cocktails and house wine by the glass, afternoon tea daily, non-motorized water sports, use of three tennis courts, two resort pools, fitness center, putting green, croquet field, and daily children’s program.
