For those who wish to experience the magic for themselves, there are plenty of sailing excursions and water-based activities available. There are plenty of fantastic trekking trails around the island, taking in sandy beaches, rainforests and dreamlike coastal views. For a challenging hike, put on your hiking shoes and visit Mount Obama, the highest peak in Antigua. From the summit, enjoy the panoramic views, before descending to Cades Bay for a delightfully refreshing dip in the ocean. Shirley Heights is another popular destination. A restored military lookout, this is a spot known for its bewitching views and community feel.
