Description
Despite being registered on Homelidays since 2008 (I am the owner of another apartment in Lu Bagnu (Castelsardo) with announcement No. 6189334), this is the sixth year I propose the rent for my house in Stintino.
It has always been used during the years by my family, since 2014 we decided to put it on HomeAway as a holiday home.
The house is located within a pine forest, about 600 meters from a small sandy beach and some coves that can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The setting is very quiet and very close to all amenities (supermarket, restaurant, kiosk with tobacco and sundries, coffee, fish, fruit and vegetables, butcher, hairdresser, shop with fishing and the sea, etc.).
Nearby there are tennis courts and a swimming pool with sea water and lawns that can be used by vacationers paying a daily ticket.
The house is a single family covered all stone of Stintino and is the leader of three single family houses.
It is bigger than 100 square meters. and is spread over three levels:
- day plan with kitchenette that opens onto a veranda with a garden of about 25 sqm. where you can comfortably have lunch and dinner;
- sleeping area with two bedrooms and bathroom with shower, (one air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and one with two single bunk beds that can be joined if necessary to have an additional double bed available);
- all is completed with a very spacious rumpus room with another double bed and a bathroom with shower, practically a third comfortable room.
The house is surrounded by greenery and is comfortable and complete with what you need to spend a good holiday.
The garden in front of the house can only be used by renters and is more appreciated if you have young children because they can move, as well as in the private garden, even in other very large spaces.
It is also possible to use a shuttle bus that stops 100 meters from the house to easily reach both Stintino country and some beautiful beaches including the Pelosa and the Saline.
On the whole, called 'Comunione Cala Lupo' the previously mentioned services are operational starting from June and until mid-October.
