Villa Vacanze IL GIARDINO, is a splendid villa with maximum privacy, it is about 500m from the pretty town of 'San Vito Dei Normanni' in the heart of Puglia. There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, the other with 2 single beds. There are 2 sofas in the living room. The outdoor space is huge, there is an embarrassment of choice between tables and tables for every kind of meal: aperitif in the shade of the trees or quick breakfast on the terrace, a romantic candlelit dinner or a barbecue with many friends at a huge table. The house is surrounded by a wonderful orchard.
The villa is suitable for children with lots of play areas,
for adults a solarium area with lawn
During the summer there are figs, cherries, lemons and pomegranate trees, grapes and herbs.
The house is completely fenced, with secure parking for your car, the interior is well finished and has ceiling fans in all rooms and is completely protected by shutters and mosquito nets.
It is truly a place of relaxation away from it all, a refuge from everyday life.
Being located on the edge of San Vito dei Normanni, it is central to visit many places, Ostuni, the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto which has a fabulous sandy beach. A short drive from Lecce Alberobello polignano and many other places that visitors would like to see during their stay.
