Villa Settignano is located in the Florentine countryside, in a quiet and panoramic position, a few km from the villages of Settignano and Fiesole.
Surrounded by a private garden with lawn, olive trees and cypresses, the property boasts three patios equipped for alfresco lunches/dinners, while admiring the surrounding landscape.
Within the garden you will also find a lovely pool (5 x 12 m), equipped provided with sun loungers and deck chairs.
Moreover at guests' disposal a private parking and service personnel.
Internal Description
Furnished in a comfortable and familiar style, Villa Settignano is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 7 people, has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
There is no air conditioning, however the thick stone walls of the villa make it naturally cool during summer. Pets are not allowed.
Ground floor: On the ground floor there is a large living room, furnished with sofas, armchairs, fireplace and books. Following is a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, and another bathroom with shower.
First floor: The first floor houses the living area, consisting of a dining room (with table for 8 people), another living room with two sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine).
The sleeping area is made up of 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower.
A bathroom with bathtub makes the rest of the floor.
Second floor: On the top floor you will find a twin bedroom.
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; service personnel; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150.00€); other extra services on request. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
